These are the best cranberry raising cookes you will every make! These cookies are airy and hearty with the perfect about of sweetness to make the perfect treat.


Oatmeal is such a fantastic ingredient to bake with, it is healthy and adds so much nutritional benefits, flavor and texture. Oatmeal is one of my most use incridates for breakfast and deserts.


Oatmeal cranberry rasin cookies are not always the most popular cookies. They can at times be the last ones out of the bunch to be eaten, but that will change once this recipe begans to make the rounds. This recipe allows allows all the ingredients to shine and get the respect they deserve. These cookies are hardy cookes i usually like to eat 1 or 2 as a meal replacement with a glass of milk or a cup of tea or coffee especially in those busy mornings. The texture of cookies are a pleasure to the mouth. It has the perfect crisp, airiness, sweetness and chewyness.


Oats are considered a super healthy food. Oats are filled with fiber, protein and minerals. Although cookies may not be the healthiest way to eat oats, I like to think adding the oats makes the cookies a healtier option. To make this cookie recipe a bit healthier cut the sugar in half or use a sugar alternatives.


Ingredients for Oatmeal Cookies


  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup melted butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extrac

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 3 cups old fashion oats

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberry

  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In a large bowl add flour cinnamon, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and oats. Mix

  3. Add in wet ingreidants butter, vanilla extrac, honey, eggs and milk. combine

  4. Once fully combined stir in rasins and cranberry.

  5. use a 3tbs scoop for cookies seen in image, makes 24 cookies using 3tbs scoop. smaller scoops will yeal more cookies. allow room for spreading on baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes
